Chris is certified through Stretch to Win at Level 4, its highest current FST level. Clients work directly with him for massage, Fascia Stretch Therapy, or FLEX combined care.
A team approach to care.
Chris works alongside clients’ coaches, physicians, physical therapists, and other medical practitioners. He considers their guidance and adapts sessions to shared goals, comfort, and the client’s response. Bodywork can fit alongside medical care and rehabilitation.

Chris accepts personal injury referrals. Letters of protection (LOPs) are considered case by case.

Knead Recovery is a self-pay practice. You pay directly and submit your own claim. Your insurer pays any approved reimbursement to you. Chris does not bill insurers.
Clients seeking reimbursement must tell Chris before the appointment. Read the insurance checklist, referral requirements, and CPT references.
For a standard self-pay first visit, choose 60 minutes for $165 or 90 minutes for $235. Payment is required in full in advance. Intake is part of the booked time.
